Plan, implement and evaluate business and administrative operations assigned practice(s) including operating and budgeting, staffing, patient delivery forecasting, and ensure that appropriate facilities and resources are available to support anticipated patient care delivery needs. Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement strategic planning, project planning, associated daily management systems and continuous quality improvement initiatives intended to optimize the delivery of services. Responsible for provider deployment as applicable and ensuring maximized performance of assigned areas. Provides project support to ensure deliverables are met.
