Job Description This is an individual contributor role responsible for providing advanced business analysis, executive‑level communication, and systems enablement support across complex initiatives. This role partners closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate complex data, operational insights, and system changes into clear, concise, executive‑ready presentations and materials that support informed decision‑making. Responsibilities include developing high‑impact PowerPoint presentations, performing data analysis and creating charts and visualizations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and delivering clear written and verbal communications tailored to senior audiences. The role also leads business enablement activities for systems enhancements, including documenting business requirements, writing user stories or defect tickets, coordinating and executing user acceptance testing, and developing training materials and documentation to support successful adoption. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the position influences outcomes through expertise, credibility, and strong partnership rather than formal authority, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities and driving solutions through collaboration. This role requires advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong analytical capability, excellent written and oral communication skills, experience supporting system changes through documentation, testing, and training, and the ability to operate independently on complex work while influencing stakeholders without direct people‑management responsibility. 3+ days in office located in Earth City Missouri.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically six or more years of related experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • strong analytical capability

  • the ability to operate independently on complex work while influencing stakeholders without direct people‑management responsibility
