JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the NSI Portfolio Manager in coordinating and managing a portfolio of 100+ active projects Track and maintain project status, ensuring visibility into timelines, risks, and progress toward on-time completion Assist with preparation of materials for portfolio reviews, including reporting and presentations Maintain and archive project documentation, including design and gate review records, for future reference Perform data mining, extraction, and analysis using tools such as Excel and Power BI to support decision-making Manage and organize project data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the portfolio Support data-driven insights and reporting to help identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the project portfolio EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree AND 0-2 years’ of experience Degrees considered: Business Management, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Technology (Mechanical, Industrial), Technical Communications or relevant technical field required REQUIRED SKILLS: MS Office suite of tools Ability to use Power BI to generate reports Engineering or technical experience preferred Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED: Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment collaboratively and independently Ability to work effectively within defined processes Highly organized and able to work independently Able to communicate detailed information in a concise manner including executive summaries Ability to communicate upwards with key leaders and managers Desire for personal and professional growth

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree AND 0-2 years’ of experience
Degrees considered: Business Management, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Technology (Mechanical, Industrial), Technical Communications or relevant technical field required
MS Office suite of tools
