About The Position

You’ll be joining a high-impact Business Operations team that sits at the center of data, strategy, and execution. The team partners closely with operations, product, engineering, finance, and senior leaderships to drive business performance through data-driven insights, scalable processes, and strong execution. We thrive in a fast-paced environment where curiosity, ownership, and a bias for action are key. You will operate as a high-ownership individual contributor, partnering across teams to identify issues, generate data-driven insights, and drive initiatives through to completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys switching between operational program management, analytics, process improvement, and reporting automation, while helping teams move faster and make better decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business or data science with 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Business Analytics, Strategy & Operations, Program Management or similar roles
  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing large datasets
  • Experience working with Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and macro development

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain clear documentation of processes, RACI frameworks, and operational procedures to support transparency and alignment across teams.
  • Build and maintain data-driven reporting and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to support operational decision-making. Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality across operational reports and dashboards.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from Snowflake.
  • Automate recurring reporting and workflows using AI tools, Excel macros, or other automation solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain and administer internal CHG sites and operational resources as needed.
  • Program manages operational initiatives, coordinating customers and ensuring work are completed on time while tracking projects, dependencies, and workstreams.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements through automation, reporting enhancements, or process redesign.
  • Support multi-functional teams with ad hoc analysis, reporting, and operational support as business needs arise.
