We operate in a regulated, fast-moving environment where strong internal operations are critical to execution, compliance, and growth. We are hiring a Business Operations Manager to take ownership of internal corporate operations and ensure the business runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role reports directly to the President & CEO and works closely with leadership to keep priorities moving, details tracked, issues resolved, and operational gaps closed. This role is intentionally hands-on and best suited for someone who has operated inside a small or growing organization, understands how government contractors function internally, and is comfortable being close to the work while helping the organization mature. This role is a strong fit if you: Have extensive experience in internal corporate operations for a government contracting firm (this does not include experience as a billable or on-site contract delivery resource) Have supported or helped scale a growing organization, including building or improving internal processes Understand how back-office, compliance, and operational functions work together in a GovCon environment Are comfortable operating without layers, playbooks, or large teams Take ownership naturally and follow things through without needing reminders Are organized, detail-oriented, and calm when priorities shift Are a team player and able to handle hands-on execution alongside higher-level operational work Hold an active security clearance (Secret or higher)
