About The Position
Villa is building America’s leading next-generation homebuilding platform. With a mission to be the easiest, fastest and most cost-efficient way to build homes, Villa is a highly scalable new approach to offsite homebuilding and is critical in solving the many problems facing the U.S. housing market. Villa provides end-to-end services for customers that span feasibility, design, permitting, and construction of high-quality homes built using modern offsite construction. Villa is currently the largest ADU builder in California and is growing rapidly into other housing products and geographies. Role Intro and Overview We’re looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative Business Operations Manager to join our team and help streamline business processes across a wide range of areas in a fun, fast-paced environment. This is a rare opportunity to join a start-up with an uplifting mission! This is a full-time, remote individual contributor role.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, systems operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administrationand flow building or equivalent CRM tools; experience with BuilderTek or similar construction/project management software.
- Rollout and implementation experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot , or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in BI reporting and data visualization with SQL based platforms.
- Project management experience and strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize core business platforms including Salesforce, BuilderTek, and marketing tools such as HubSpot, ensuring they effectively support business goals and processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Construction, and Operations teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain BI reports and analytics dashboards , providing insights for data-driven decision-making across the organization (BigQuery, Grafana, Salesforce).
- Manage projects end-to-end , from gathering requirements to solution design, implementation, and training.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
