About The Position

The Business Operations Manager is responsible for providing assertive, franchisee-centered guidance that prepares and supports an increasingly diverse community of franchisees to grow expeditiously, exponentially, and responsibly. The focus of this position is to engage franchise owners to build a solid foundation in the core areas of the business model to include but not limited to operations, staffing, sales and marketing, customer service, practice management software, etc. Promote a compliance culture by raising awareness of the importance of compliance. Support compliance projects both within the team and providing compliance SME input into business projects.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience with coaching individuals to improvement in a one-on-one basis and/or in a group setting
  • Experience within franchising or health care industries required
  • Experience developing training material
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools and SharePoint

Responsibilities

  • On a proactive and consistent basis, work hand-in-hand with Franchise Owners on operational execution to achieve revenue & profitability targets
  • Collaborate with the development, adherence, and execution of Franchise Owner operating plans
  • Utilize business intelligence tools into support of Franchise Owners so they understand how to successfully manage their businesses through metrics
  • Utilizes office P&L and KPI data to analyze & respond to business trends and opportunities
  • Provide coaching, support and resources to Franchise Owners including standardized business processes and best practices for office staff, clients, and caregivers
  • Consult with and provide support to franchisees regarding daily business issuesEngage in immediate problem resolution and/or help franchise owners develop short-term action plans consistent with the franchise model to build a solid foundation
  • Conduct monthly calls with franchise owners to review progress as projected. Confirm understanding of key KPIs.
  • Review and provide feedback as requested on franchise owners home care license applications.
  • Ensure maintenance of brand standards of the franchise systemProven ability and experience to consult with and influence experienced business owners and leaders.
  • Proven experience driving measurable performance results
  • Strong business acumen and ability to read and interpret financial statements and reporting tools.
  • Analyzes and interprets data, identifies areas of concern, and recognizes when there is a problem.
  • Determines compliance within regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Identifies methods of resolution and options for corrective action.
  • Address compliance & performance issues as directed
  • Other duties as assigned
