About The Position

Weâre looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative Business Operations Manager to join our team and help streamline business processes across a wide range of areas in a fun, fast-paced environment. This is a rare opportunity to join a start-up with an uplifting mission! This is a full-time, remote individual contributor role.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in business operations, systems operations, or a related field.
Proficiency in Salesforce administrationand flow building or equivalent CRM tools; experience with BuilderTek or similar construction/project management software.
Rollout and implementation experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience in BI reporting and data visualization with SQL based platforms.
Project management experience and strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize core business platforms including Salesforce, BuilderTek, and marketing tools such as HubSpot, ensuring they effectively support business goals and processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Construction, and Operations teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
Develop and maintain BI reports and analytics dashboards, providing insights for data-driven decision-making across the organization (BigQuery, Grafana, Salesforce).
Manage projects end-to-end, from gathering requirements to solution design, implementation, and training.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
