About The Position

The Business Operations team at Palmetto serves two main functions: glue and SWAT. As glue, we lead the Operating Rhythm of the company. This includes leading our corporate strategy (determining how we invest across our business units) and operating rhythms (tracking business unit performance to plan and forecast, and facilitating our monthly and weekly business reviews). As SWAT, we step in and lead on high-impact, high-complexity projects, which can include incubating a new concept, resolving a business critical problem via analysis, project management, strategy, stakeholder management, or communications. We are adding a Manager to the Business Operations team who will act as a swiss army knife across our glue and SWAT functions. You will lead the tracking of our performance to OKRs, manage our metric data flows, and help our team see around corners with proactive insights driven by exploration in our data. You will help drive the business forward with unstoppable curiosity matched with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and serious data chops. And, you will be ready to step-in and lead on challenging, ownerless problems that help unlock serious growth for Palmetto. As a self-proclaimed generalist, you work independently across a range of functions, have an unrelenting thirst for knowledge, obtain new skills as they are needed, and deploy yourself on the toughest challenges. You will report to the Senior Director, Business Operations, and will work cross functionally with multiple teams (GMs, Product, Operations, Sales, Finance, Data). You will be responsible for preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, as well as ad hoc analytical work on high-priority projects.
