We are hiring a Business Operations Lead (individual contributor) to join our corporate Business Intelligence Team who supports a variety of activities/requests from internal teams within the Consumer Brands Business. You will have an opportunity to lead both department and cross-functional projects which will drive operational excellence. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or direct work experience) ideally in Business, Finance, Computer Science or MIS
  • 6+ years’ experience in a business operations or business analyst focused work
  • Advanced MS Office Suite experience

Nice To Haves

  • SAP ERP, Business Objects, Business Explorer experience preferred
  • Consumer Packaged Goods industry helpful

Responsibilities

  • Leads or participates in projects to support and/or improve business processes, planning processes, reporting and analysis capabilities
  • Gathers business requirements and performs business analysis enabling solution recommendations and prototyping
  • Serves as system and reporting expert for cross functional business partners by providing user support and best practices for developed solutions
  • Assures data integrity across ERP, trade, and other systems
  • Troubleshoot issues for internal business partners
  • Partners with IS team for troubleshooting issues, testing system upgrades and system enhancements including writing and completing test plans and documentation
  • Develops and executes planning, reporting and analysis solutions in support of business processes
  • Acts as a mentor to other specialists on the team providing guidance, direction and training; reviews and approves more complex decisions
  • Oversee/manage master data maintenance

Benefits

  • The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $125,000 annually, with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance.
