About The Position

S&K Sales Co., a family-owned Military Resale Broker, is seeking a Business Operations Lead. The Business Operations Lead is responsible for contract execution, manufacturer onboarding, and distributor management across all retail channels, including military resale. This role ensures product flows smoothly through distribution networks, pricing and program structures remain accurate, and partner activities support profitable and compliant execution. The position also supports executive leadership through meeting coordination, presentations, and internal/external communications.

  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, military resale, or contract/vendor management.
  • Strong experience managing distributor relationships and execution.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewals with manufacturer and distributor partners.
  • Lead manufacturer onboarding and serve as a primary operational contact for partner support.
  • Serve as the primary operational lead for distributor coordination across military resale channels, ensuring consistent service levels and uninterrupted product flow.
  • Maintain pricing integrity, ensuring price builds align with all appropriate fees and program requirements.
  • Implement pricing updates to reflect cost/program changes and support profitability, coordinating approvals with Business Managers and manufacturer partners.
  • Review monthly account profitability and recommend adjustments to pricing and inventory execution.
  • Maintain CRM updates related to manufacturer activity, distributor coordination, and key communications.
  • Lead administrative support specialists who work hand-in-hand with Business Managers on daily sales execution.
  • Assist in developing executive presentations for new business, board meetings, and leadership updates.
  • Organize executive-level meetings, including scheduling, booking locations, arranging food, and sending invites.
  • Support company communications through social media content review and internal/external newsletter creation.
