About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations & Digital Systems Intern to support strategic initiatives within our 3D Printing Production environment. This role is ideal for a business school student with a strong interest in digital transformation, operations, and technical documentation. Must be attending North Carolina State University.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Business, Management, Information Systems, or Marketing program.
Strong written communication skills, especially in technical and business writing.
Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital file management.
Analytical mindset with basic understanding of financial documentation.

Interest in emerging technologies such as 3D printing and digital manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Assist in building and maintaining SharePoint sites for internal collaboration.
Develop and organize content to support operational transparency and team efficiency.
Draft and refine quality documentation aligned with ISO and internal standards.
Contribute to business plan development through structured technical writing.
Support digital file structuring for Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Organize operational documentation to streamline site workflows.
Assist in the creation and organization of marketing collateral.
Help ensure brand consistency and messaging clarity across materials.
Provide light accounting support during business unit migration.
Assist in documenting and analyzing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
