Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations analysis or a similar function.
• Strong analytical toolkit and proficiency with data analysis software.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
• Detail orientation and a problem-solving mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to project management methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data sets to spot trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional partners to design, test, and implement process enhancements.
• Create digestible reports and dashboards that capture performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Support the development of operations strategies and key initiatives.
• Track the effectiveness of changes and recommend next steps.
• Provide project teams with analytical insights to inform plans and decisions.
• Document current and future-state processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
