WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview): Reporting to the Regional Chief Operating Officer (RCOO), the Business Operations Coordinator supervises the daily operation of support services and business office operations for regional and chapter functions. Oversees daily finance transactions, local vendor relationships, facilities management, fleet management, and IT matters. Establishes work procedures and standards to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of assigned operations. Manages business operations volunteers, who assist in facility and fleet care. This role is not eligible for relocation assistance. T his position is part-time, working 20 hours per week, with the flexibility to increase to up to 30 hours as needed . Standard Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (flexible). This role is not eligible for relocation assistance.
