This role will be based in Salt Lake City, UT.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 3-4 years of construction experience required
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Able to resolve problems and discrepancies efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Industry knowledge

Nice To Haves

  • Business school, Associate’s degree or equivalent is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Project compliance procurement, tracking, auditing and renewal as needed
  • Maintenance of Salt Lake SharePoint site pages, updates, and agendas
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization
  • Prepare reports and dashboards as needed
  • Support project life cycle tasks and tracking
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas for the group
  • Auditing Procore tools as needed
  • Track business operational tasks, deadlines and deliverables
  • Administrative tasks as needed
