We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Lead to support all aspects of business development and capture operations across the organization in Reston, Virginia. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all business development data — primarily within Salesforce — while orchestrating process alignment and coordination across BD, capture, and proposal teams. This individual will serve as the operational backbone of the Growth organization, enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions through transparent, high-quality pipelines, dashboards, and reporting. The ideal candidate brings a blend of operational rigor, system expertise (especially Salesforce), and cross-functional communication skills.
