As Trullion’s Business Operations Associate, you will support the financial and operational backbone of the company, helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment across business processes. You’ll report into the Director of Business Operations, and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and GTM teams to optimize reporting, budget management, and operational workflows. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business operations, finance, or another analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint); SQL experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or BI systems is preferred.
  • Proactive, reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work onsite at the NYC office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Support financial operations, including budget tracking, expense reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining management reports, decks, and dashboards that provide visibility into business performance.
  • Partner with Finance to analyze spend, forecast budgets, and improve financial processes.
  • Create and polish executive presentations and slides, ensuring clear, data-driven storytelling and attention to design and detail.
  • Help identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability across the business.
