About The Position

Infinite Machine is hiring a Business Operations Associate to support and execute core operational work across the company. This role is designed for a strong individual contributor with a few years of operating experience who wants to work across supply chain, logistics, customer experience, internal tooling, and cross-functional execution. This is a hands-on role. You will spend real time executing operational tasks (tracking shipments, supporting customer workflows, maintaining internal trackers), while determining how to improve those processes over time through better documentation, tooling, and automation. You’ll work closely with Operations leadership and partners across Sales, CX, Supply Chain, GTM, and Finance.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, supply chain, customer operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel), familiarity with Airtable or similar tools, and comfort using AI tools as part of day-to-day operational workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and handle hands-on operational work in the real world.
  • Clear communicator who is comfortable working across teams and asking questions when needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at a startup, high-growth company, or operationally complex environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Notion, SQL, Intercom, and automation & no-code tools.
  • Exposure to logistics, hardware, mobility, or customer experience operations.
  • Interest in growing into broader ownership and responsibility over time.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and support day-to-day operational workflows across the business, including logistics, inventory tracking, and customer support coordination.
  • Maintain and update internal tools, trackers, and dashboards to ensure accurate, timely information for the team.
  • Support cross-functional projects that span multiple teams, helping coordinate tasks, timelines, and follow-through.
  • Assist with data analysis, reporting, and models that inform operational and business decisions.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing processes and help document or improve them over time.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as new product and business line launches, geographic expansion, and organizational change management.
  • Partner with Sales, CX, Supply Chain, and Finance to unblock issues and keep work moving forward.
  • Provide ad-hoc operational support to leadership, taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion.
