About The Position

Maneva is an AI services company founded by a former Google DeepMind researcher, focused on transforming manufacturing operations through advanced AI. We enable autonomous factory operation and optimization by generating AI-driven actions and insights using off-the-shelf hardware or existing vision systems. Our solutions address real-world manufacturing challenges across product and equipment inspection, production efficiency, safety, and operational performance—delivering measurable impact without requiring heavy infrastructure changes. We are looking for a high-potential Business Operations Analyst to join a fast-growing deep tech startup. This is an early-career role (2–3 years of experience) ideal for someone with corporate, consulting, investment banking, or analytical experience who wants to transition into the startup ecosystem. The role will initially focus heavily on talent strategy and execution - building structured, data-driven hiring systems that help us attract and close exceptional people. Over time, as the company scales, the scope will expand into broader business operations, automation, and strategic initiatives across the organization. This is not a traditional recruiting role. It is an operator role at the intersection of talent, data, systems, and executive execution. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to build scalable processes, implement automation, and increase leverage across the business. If you enjoy turning ambiguity into structure, building processes from scratch, and using data to drive better decisions — you’ll thrive here. This role is fully remote.
