As a Business Operations Analyst, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Product Management, and DevOps to streamline processes, enhance system performance, and deliver a superior customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems (MIS) preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to adapt and excel in a high-energy, rapidly evolving environment.
• Critical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
• Experience in customer support within the software product industry preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of automotive or vehicle remarketing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for a multi-tenant auction platform, supporting integrations, operational initiatives, and issue resolution.
• Handle customer escalations with professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to facilitate customer integrations and communicate progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with the DevOps Support Team to prioritize and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently.
• Participate in release cycles by coordinating business testing, validating deployments, and documenting known issues.
• Identify and execute process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and eliminate redundancies.
• Provide strategic recommendations to leadership to enhance overall operational performance.
• Build strong working relationships across departments to enable seamless execution of business goals.
