What this job involves: As a key member of the Business Operations (BizOps) team, this role serves as a centralized resource driving business objectives and fostering engagement across all service lines. This position requires direct interaction with Account Leadership teams and clients while managing multiple demands and priorities effectively. The Business Operations Administrator will be instrumental in maintaining brand standards, supporting critical business functions, and ensuring seamless operations across the account. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by enhancing client satisfaction, promoting team engagement, and maintaining operational excellence through structured communication, process management, and strategic support to leadership teams. What your day-to-day will look like: • Create, manage, and distribute communications and presentations that maintain JLL brand standards • Schedule and support quarterly, monthly, and weekly recurring account meetings, including internal and client calendar coordination, conference room scheduling, and catering arrangements • Manage on and offboarding task-based requests with complete ownership and accountability • Maintain account-wide playbooks and procedural documents in collaboration with Operations Manager and Performance Manager • Support account portal, Slack channels, and SharePoint environments to ensure optimal navigation between JLL and client systems • Train team members on shared storage environments, including file naming conventions, alerts, and version changes • Assist with process documentation and ensure consistent process adherence across the account

Requirements

  • Change management and training experience with ability to create and document procedures, guides, and communication plans
  • Proven experience working collaboratively with Operations Managers and End-to-End Program Managers
  • Demonstrated ability to manage scheduling for account-wide training sessions and meetings
  • Experience supporting extended leadership teams in corporate environments
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple demands and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in processing and developing information to meet diverse stakeholder needs
  • Experience with client interaction and account support functions

Nice To Haves

  • Engaging and confident facilitation skills for group meetings and presentations
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, and Smartsheet
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven planning and organizing abilities with capacity to establish action plans, develop schedules, and orchestrate multiple activities
  • Ability to learn quickly when faced with new problems and challenges
  • Strong independent project management skills with ability to start and complete initiatives autonomously
