About The Position

The Business Operations Administrative Support role is responsible for researching and processing incoming chargebacks. This position supports chargeback representment by reviewing documentation, validating transactions, and ensuring compliance with network rules prior to submission.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in chargeback processing preferred (not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to adapt to daily changes and shifting priorities
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
  • Strong problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as required
  • Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.

Responsibilities

  • Review daily incoming documentation related to chargeback notifications
  • Assess incoming journals and supporting materials to determine eligibility for representment
  • Review transaction details to identify appropriate network routing
  • Ensure all network representment rules and requirements are met before submission for credit
  • Conduct research to gather and verify transaction‑specific details required for representment cases
  • Complete additional department tasks as assigned during review periods
