This role is perfect for someone who excels at building strong customer rapport, and who is eager to learn, understand, and embrace our corporate business systems and culture. The position is demanding and fast-paced, requiring the ability to keep up with our high-energy sales department. As a Business Office Title Clerk, you will need to have a solid understanding of bank contracts, backend product contracts, and title work. Our goal is to ensure that before a buyer spends a single penny, they have a crystal-clear understanding of what they are purchasing. You will play a crucial role in organizing and verifying the paperwork for unit sales processes, acting as the central point of collection for all necessary documents. In addition to these responsibilities, you will serve as the liaison between the buyer and our various departments, ensuring a seamless and exceptional buying experience for our customers. Please note that this position does require working on Saturdays.
