About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with PCs, tablets, and other mobile electronic devices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and cloud-based applications
  • Familiar with data management systems and analysis
  • Attention to detail and experience with data entry, proofing, and editing
  • Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed, especially in the use of spreadsheets
  • Effective interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong orientation toward providing customer service
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work positively, productively, and ethically with adults

Nice To Haves

  • Additional formal training in accounting practices is preferred
  • Experience with school business systems and accounts payable processing preferred
