About The Position

Manage the community's financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the billing and collection of resident fees and payments Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to the financial and administrative operations of the facility Oversee the procurement process for supplies and services, including managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to the facility's financial and administrative operations Manage and supervise administrative staff, including training, performance evaluations, and scheduling Serve as a liaison between the facility and external partners, such as vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies Collaborate with other members of the facility's management team to develop and implement policies and procedures related to resident care and service

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or assisted living setting
  • Knowledge of healthcare and senior living regulations and laws
  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • Strong leadership and management skills
