The Business Office Manager’s focus is to provide support to communities and the functions of a Human Resources Department. To be successful in this position, candidates must have a working knowledge of Human Resources, an exceptional level of confidentiality, work calmly under pressure, and ability to be flexible in an ever-changing environment with multiple deadlines.
