Our guiding motto is leading with integrity, empowering people, delivering outcomes. Job Description: Responsible for collections in the facility. This includes but is not limited to all private payment collections, co-payment collections, and share of cost collections. Collecting checks or collecting cash from residents or their families. Setting up payment plans for patients who cannot afford to pay their balance up front. Ensuring that patients' insurance is entered correctly and updated consistently as needed. Assist with new admissions: Confirm that the admits have insurance and that our facility accepts their insurance. Communicate with residents as to when copays start or are due, ensuring that there are no financial surprises for the patient.
