Responsibilities The Market Business Office Liaison will assist the Hospital CFOs in managing payor analysis, patient account claims and resolutions. Will track and manage projects for Revenue Cycle. Will monitor and manage payment submittals and turn over. Manage Revenue Cycle initiatives with hospital managers/directors, Patient Access, and Utilization Review. Manage review of EPIC and M-Reports with Centralized Business Offices.

Requirements

  • Two (2) or more years of applicable work experience required.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital revenue cycle/business office preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in project management preferred.
