About The Position

NPG of California, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office / Human Resources Coordinator to support our business office and human resources operations. This is a full-time, fully onsite position that plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting employees, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This is a business operations role within the television/radio industry and is not an on-air, production, or creative position. Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, reconciling records, and assisting with financial reporting. Strong Excel skills are required for reporting and data management. In addition, this position supports human resources functions, including maintaining confidential employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, assisting with payroll and benefits administration, tracking PTO and attendance, and helping ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. A finance education or background is preferred. Experience in the TV and/or radio industry is also preferred. Experience with accounting software and HRIS systems is a plus. An associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field is preferred.
