The Business Office Coordinator manages and coordinates all functions of the receptionist duties and assists in miscellaneous duties within the Business Office. This role provides customer service and reception duties at the front entry and on the telephone/switchboard. The individual must possess strong communication skills, be detailed oriented, and work well with fellow peers. Computer experience is essential, and a professional appearance and manner are required. The position operates under limited supervision and requires working knowledge of state regulations. The role is based at Good Samaritan – Bethany, a 79-bed long-term skilled care and transitional care facility located in Brainerd, Minnesota, in an area known as “The Heart of the Brainerd Lakes Area”.
