About The Position

Clive Behavioral Health is a 100-inpatient bed stand-alone mental health hospital that provides compassionate inpatient and outpatient care for individuals struggling with behavioral health or co-occurring disorders. They also offer intensive outpatient programming (IOP) for adolescents and a substance use disorder IOP for adults. Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED
• License/Certification: CPR
• License/Certification: Current Mandatory Reporter for adult/child (Can be obtained during orientation)

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year experience as a receptionist in a healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Greeting employees and visitors both in person and over the phone
• Providing admission process information and routine hospital information
• Informing Walk-In's of CBH's services, evaluations, and admissions processes, as well as routine hospital information
• Assisting in entering individuals seeking care on the EMTALA log
• Initiating and maintaining 15 minute checks for individuals awaiting assessments/admission per the observation policy and procedures
• Communicating changes in monitored individuals conditions to the Admissions Department
• Signing for, receiving, and routing incoming mail, including courier deliveries
• Providing back-up clerical support to other departments
