Harris Beach Murtha Cullina PLLC is seeking a Business Office Administrator to work closely with the Chief Administrative Officer as a key member of the Partner and Senior Attorney Recruiting, Integration, and Transition Team. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑level administrative and project support to the Chief Administrative Officer and the Partner/Senior Attorney Recruiting, Integration, and Transition Team
  • Coordinate and facilitate the lateral partner and senior attorney recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing logistics, candidate communications, travel arrangements, and feedback collection
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional, organized, and positive experience
  • Maintain and update recruiting databases, spreadsheets, reports, and tracking systems; monitor candidate activity and status
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruiting and transition metrics to support data‑driven decision making
  • Prepare, draft, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, questionnaires, and meeting materials
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, IT, Business Development, and Operations to support onboarding, integration, transitions, and offboarding
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, and events for the Chief Administrative Officer
  • Prepare meeting agendas and materials, distribute notes, track action items, and ensure systems are updated
  • Assist with special projects, firm initiatives, and operational items as assigned
