We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Manager to join our growing commercial team. This role is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships, who is eager to develop a career in business development and account management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 2-5 years of sales or business development experience (PLM Saes experience preferred but not required)
  • Strong technically minded individual
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset with a "hunter" mentality.
  • Comfortable with outreach activities (phone, email, LinkedIn).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) desirable.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in the automotive, engineering, or technology sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Identify, research, and engage potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and events.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understanding client needs and determining fit for Quick Release services.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-ups.
  • Account Management: Building close customer relationships and staying in close contact with customer managers to gain trust and develop business needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes to identify new opportunities.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Quick Release professionally at events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Performance Goals: Achieve and exceed activity-based KPIs (calls, meetings booked, qualified leads) and contribute to revenue growth targets.
