ASRC Federal is seeking a Business Manager to support on-going business operations on our ISS2 contract based out of Anchorage, Alaska supporting multiple remote sites. Must be able to support Alaska time zone remotely and attend meetings or calls throughout the Alaska time zone workday. Summary: Must be a self-starter, assertive, strong work ethic, communicator, take initiative, and be able to lead and collaborate with ISS2 program office, Air Force Customer and ASRC Federal Shared Services partners with highest level of professionalism and integrity. Prepare financial reports –budget tracking for current and past option years, assessing funding run out dates, calculating Gross Receipt Taxes, quarterly Estimate at Completion analysis for accounting, annual budget plan, annual wage adjustment proposal to Air Force customer. Prepare analysis and various financial and ad hoc reports as assigned by Air Force customer, ISS2 program operations team, and internal ASRC Federal partners Collaborate with ISS2 Program Office, engineers, site leads on pricing proposals for on contract growth and modifications to the existing PWS. Submit FFP, Cost Reimbursable, invoices monthly, including backup per customer requirements. Track and manage invoice approvals and payment receipts and interface directly with customers on outstanding invoices and issues. Understanding of all aspects of the ISS2 billeting program, island stores, square accounts and subcontracts/procurements. Analyze monthly overtime costs, revenue/profit/expense variances, unbilled costs, and DSO. Understand capital assets, depreciation, reviewing and approving purchase requisitions. Knowledge of labor unions, wage determination, and SCA labor. Understand forecasting (Planning Analytics), budget, revenue, profit, expenses as it pertains to month end close and government contracting.
