Position Responsibilities: The Business Manager ensures compliance with company policies by providing analytical support, administrative and financial services, and timely reporting to the Operations and Sales teams As a Business Manager, you will lead and oversee administrative staff at the local Distribution Center while managing payroll processes and coordinating general administrative activities for the Operations and Sales teams You will ensure rigorous compliance with internal control environments, identify and address gaps, and work closely with management on financial analysis and expense management to drive cost-saving opportunities You will enhance Accounts Receivable functions by managing sales chargebacks, write-offs, non-sufficient funds (NSF) checks, and the customer refund mail check process, while supporting Route Settlement to ensure precise driver activity processing You will strategically oversee pre-settlement and cashiering activities, ensure accurate Accounts Payable invoice processing, and contribute to the development of the annual operating budget for the Operations and Sales teams Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 plus years of related experience and o to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) with 5 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
