Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager - Family Owned Dealership About Us: We are a premier automotive dealership in Central New Jersey, specializing in top-tier brands. We are seeking a seasoned F&I Manager to join our dynamic team and drive profitability through expert finance and insurance presentations. Key Responsibilities: Present financing options, extended warranties, service contracts, GAP insurance, and other F&I products to customers in a professional and compliant manner. Structure deals for optimal approval and funding, working closely with multiple lending institutions to secure competitive rates and terms. Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state (NJ-specific), and local regulations, including accurate preparation of all paperwork and contracts. Achieve high penetration rates on F&I products while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction scores. Collaborate with the sales team to support deal closure and maximize backend gross profit. Maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and insurance providers. Train and mentor sales staff on F&I processes when needed. Manage department inventory, forms, and reporting. Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as an Automotive F&I Manager, preferably in a high-line or luxury franchise dealership. Track record of high PVR (Per Vehicle Retail) and strong product penetration. Excellent knowledge of dealership finance procedures, lender guidelines, and aftermarket products. Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and ability to handle high-value transactions. Proficient in DMS systems (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds or similar) and MS Office. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. AFIP certification or equivalent preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury environment with discerning clientele. Compensation & Benefits: Highly competitive pay plan with unlimited earning potential: $150,000 - $250,000+ annually (base + commissions + bonuses), based on performance.
