About The Position

Business Manager positions offered by Capital One, National Association (New York, NY). Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory demands. Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products; lead product level modeling and analytics. Lead direct-to consumer marketing efforts for select products, and support strategic intent for products distributed through the retail channel. Build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences, as well as breakthrough technology and concepts designed to deliver on new go-to-market strategies. Drive step-change improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis. Sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements and execute against the product strategy.

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field and 3 years of experience performing analysis.
  • In lieu of a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 3 years of experience as stated, employer will accept a master’s or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 1 year of experience as stated.
  • Must pass company assessment.
  • Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
  • Position reports to New York, NY office.
  • Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office.
