We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Manager to join our team and help elevate our Finance & Insurance operations. Position Summary: The Business Manager plays a key role in the dealership’s success by managing the finance and insurance process, ensuring compliance, maximizing profitability, and delivering a premium customer experience. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent interpersonal and sales skills, and understands the importance of accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

Proven experience in automotive finance, insurance, or related dealership roles.
Strong knowledge of lending institutions and credit underwriting processes.
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in F&I software and DMS platforms (Dealertrack).

Responsibilities

Present finance and insurance products clearly and confidently to customers.
Secure and process financing through dealership-approved lenders.
Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Ensure proper documentation and deal structure.
Collaborate with the sales team to streamline the vehicle delivery process.
Train and support sales associates on F&I product offerings.
Meet and exceed monthly performance goals in product penetration and PVR (Per Vehicle Retailed).
Handle customer concerns related to financing in a professional, solution-oriented manner.
