The Business Manager serves as their assigned suppliers’ primary point of contact in the market. This role involves mastering and driving five core competencies: business planning, performance evaluation, product and inventory management, pricing and revenue management, and demand planning/forecasting/budgeting. The Business Manager will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement business plans, while also embracing and developing behaviors consistent with BBG’s Trade Development mission and adhering to established business rules and the BBG’s Reliability Model. The position requires serving as the local market expert on customers, brands, key sales drivers, trends, and market dynamics. This role mandates being in the Richmond or Commerce office two times a week.
