Under the direction of the Department Administrator, this position is responsible for the management of human, financial, and material resources necessary to provide day to day operational support to those involved in the Department of Otolaryngology. This position will oversee HR functions (recruitment, employment processes, payroll, leave accounting, records), be responsible for initiating and coordinating financial and business functions (expense reimbursements, procurement, travel, budgeting, accounting, reconciliation, analysis, reporting) and will serve as a key resource to departmental administration for policy development, implementation, and assuring efficient and compliant processes.
