Our Business Management & Strategy Lead serves as a key partner to senior management in defining, measuring, and reporting on performance of critical financial and strategic objectives. Provide management with information and analysis to enable superior business decisions and support the financial data needs of business leaders. Specifically, this role will be responsible for driving strategic and financial performance across Consumer Banking, Bask Bank, Marketing, Events, Communications, and Sales Enablement — ensuring alignment and operational excellence across our consumer-facing functions. A key priority for this role is establishing strong cross-functional partnerships with our new product organization to accelerate the development and go-to-market of our Consumer and digital product initiatives. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic bridge, connecting product innovation with market execution and ensuring our emerging offerings deliver both customer value and business growth.
