About The Position

As a successful Business Management Intern, you’ll be Support process improvement initiatives and assist in managing and maintaining LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Making recommendations to leadership for streamlining systems, sales and marketing efforts, business concepts, and processes. Researching competitors’ positioning, messaging, and content themes and identifying areas for improvement. Helping draft thought leadership content (LinkedIn posts, blog outlines, email drafts).

Requirements

  • Position Only Available to Residents of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Oregon, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Passionate about pursuing a career in Business, Business-to-Business Sales, or Marketing, with strong attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic about partnering with Sales, Client Services, and Marketing leaders to navigate complex, multi-layered cases, uncover trends, and drive effective risk mitigation.
  • Enthusiastic about learning.
  • Reliable. This is a temporary, part-time internship (approximately 20-24 hours per week for a duration that will be detailed in the offer letter). You can regularly commit to working your weekly schedule, as it is an essential function of your role.
  • Able to work at a computer for your entire scheduled shift.
  • An excellent communicator, verbally and in writing.
  • Able to analyze large quantities of data.
  • Able to think quickly on your feet and possess a general curiosity and willingness to problem solve.
  • Able to multitask and juggle different projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc).

Responsibilities

  • Making and taking calls from prospects and clients to better understand the needs and wants of our clientele.
  • Repurposing long-form content into short-form with intent, not fluff.
  • Tracking sales and marketing performance/impact and tying content back to business goals.
  • Maintaining project management responsibilities and other administrative/business management tasks as assigned.
  • A team player and willing to help out, even in other departments or supporting our other internal brands when needed.
  • Camera-ready for video meetings whenever you are clocked in and working.
  • Living Anywhere best practices, like working at a desk/chair in a distraction-free work station with proper lighting.
  • Providing general administrative assistance and support.
  • Lowering your carbon footprint by commuting less.
  • Modeling a better work-life balance.
