About The Position

North America Foodservice (NAF) business segment competes in the growing away-from-home food market in the US and Canada. Our mission is to create growth away from home together for operators in diverse channels – including K-12 schools, colleges & universities, restaurants, bakeries, pizzerias, hospitals, hotels and senior living facilities NAF’s rotational program provides early career experiences as you jumpstart your career at General Mills, along with the ability to experience two distinct sales paths. The first spanning 12 months at World Headquarters (WHQ) followed by a 15-month selling assignment as a Customer Account Specialist (CAS) in a location outside of WHQ. 1st Rotation: Business Management Associate Business Analytics & Problem Solving: Understand and utilize business dynamics and analytical tools available to provide solution-based insights to influence decision-makers. Sales Support: Leverage understanding of customer needs, sales, and business analytics to inform strategy development. Partner with Field Sales to develop an understanding of customer needs, including analysis and recommendations to drive business performance. 2nd Rotation: Customer Account Specialist Selling & Negotiating: Engage customers with effective selling techniques, negotiate total customer solutions, and leverage industry expertise and trade management to consistently exceed customer expectations and achieve annual sales plans. Strategy & Innovation: Embrace an entrepreneurial spirit with a customer-first mindset, while creating and activating plans to balance short-term commitments and long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, open to all majors
  • December 2025 or May 2026
