This position is responsible for assisting the loan officer in all loan related duties. This includes preparing and processing all loan approval and closing documents, clearing any loan deficiencies, contacting clients regarding necessary documents, collecting past dues, reviewing loan reports, and resolving customer account issues. This position is accountable for ensuring all loan documentation is in compliance with FDIC and Bank guidelines. In addition, this position helps with the preparation of new loan requests including data input, gathering financial information from customers and reviewing analysis for accuracy. This position may help with the preparation of loan renewals and modifications as well as portfolio management.
