Business Litigation Associate
About The Position
A full service corporate law firm seeks a highly qualified attorney to join its Business Litigation Practice Group in the Firm’s Raleigh, NC office. QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess exceptional written and oral communication skills. Excellent academics. Prior affiliation with a substantial litigation law firm. Must have at least four to seven years of mid-to-large law firm experience involving complex business disputes, contract disputes, consumer finance, and mass torts. Former Federal District or Circuit Court clerks are preferred. Candidates not licensed to practice in NC must be willing to take the next available NC bar exam or be eligible to seek admission without examination. QUALIFIED ATTORNEYS WILL BE CONTACTED FOR ADDITIONAL CREDENTIALS
