We’re looking for a strong customer-focused professional to support inbound member calls related to credit card services. The primary goal of this role is to help reduce member hold times to under five minutes (currently averaging around six). You’ll handle approximately 20+ inbound calls per day, assisting members with questions such as how to apply online or what criteria are reviewed for credit card approvals. While this information is available on the website, many members may not have seen it—so you’ll guide them through the online resources and help them find what they need. Typical call length ranges from 3–6 minutes.
