About The Position

LOCATION Mountain America Center 9800 S Monroe St Sandy, Utah In-Office SCHEDULE Flexible Hours To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully. Underwrites commercial real estate credit reviews and analyzes the risks associated with the borrower's financial condition, recommending risk-rating changes where appropriate. Performs financial reviews on required credits Analyzes repayment ability and personal cash flow Reviews and interprets personal and business credit reports Analyzes commercial leases Reviews professional real estate appraisals Follows for property insurance documentation Performs property inspections Other duties as directed To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully.

Requirements

• One to three years of similar or related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have the ability to read, understand and carry out instructions in written and oral form.
• Ability to talk, hear, sit, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms consistently.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel and crouch occasionally
• Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)
• Distance Vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more)
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
