Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in internal communications and budget management.
Willingness to travel to powerplants onsite in Colorado is a plus

Responsibilities

Take on a leading role in development and execution an internal communication campaign to enhance employee engagement and awareness of company initiatives.
Stakeholder mapping and persona‑based messaging.
Data Analysis; supporting leadership finance initiatives with the analysis and evaluation of marketing efforts to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, draft communications, and ensure messaging consistency across multiple platforms (email, intranet, presentations, etc.).
Be a driver of change in processes and knowledge of budget data to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing communication effectiveness and budget performance.
Research industry best practices in internal communications and budget management to recommend improvements.
Monitor and update internal communication channels, ensuring content is accurate and timely.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning
