About The Position

Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking motivated college students to join our Summer 2026
Business Internship Program. This program is designed to provide exposure to our
organization and develop
a strong foundation
across multiple areas of
the business.

As a Business Intern, you will gain hands-on experience
with
key functions such
as operations, sales, marketing, finance, and other critical areas that drive
our success. Interns will work on real-world projects,
participate
in job
shadowing, and collaborate with teams across the organization to better
understand how each function contributes to overall business performance.

Our internship program takes a flexible and personalized approach. Rather than
assigning interns to predefined roles, we evaluate each candidate’s strengths,
interests, and career goals throughout the application process and align them
with business needs. This allows interns to gain meaningful, well-rounded
experience while contributing
in
areas where they can make the greatest impact.

Throughout the internship, you will:

Gain exposure to business functions and day-to-day operations

Support active projects and business initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build professional relationships

Shadow experienced employees to learn key processes and workflows

Present insights, ideas, or project outcomes to leadership

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Management, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to think critically and contribute ideas to business challenges

Nice To Haves

• Prior internship, work, or leadership experience is a plus but not required
