About The Position

The incumbent applies advanced knowledge of business intelligence practices to lead complex projects and plays a critical role in providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to optimize the performance and growth of the Care at Home platform. The primary responsibility is to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business, enabling data-driven decision-making and facilitating business performance monitoring. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including project management, operations, and finance, to support the achievement of key business objectives. The position involves data management functions such as extraction, storage, managing integrity, creating and developing technical specifications, analyzing, and independently developing/generating reports with input from users and/or others within the unit. The incumbent uses advanced data interpretation skills and database configuration skills to contribute to the translation of critical information to support organization-wide performance improvement efforts, improve outcomes, and report data to public and private entities. They resolve highly complex problems requiring in-depth analysis of variable factors and draft technical and complex presentations for a wide variety of audiences. The role supports leadership and multi-disciplinary teams from across the organization in monitoring and improving process performance and quality.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of business intelligence functions, advanced analytics, industry standards and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Ability to produce and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Advanced organizational and project management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge and skill in internal databases, BI applications, tools, and systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and data analysis techniques.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with managers, professional and technical staff.
  • Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage highly-complex information, assess problems, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to serve as an advanced technical leader providing advice, counsel, and analysis on business intelligence issues.
  • 5+ years of analytical and data management experience.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
